Cancellation Policy
We know plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. You’ll get a full refund if you cancel 24 hours in advance. You’ll be charged 50% if you cancel within 24 hours. No-show and late arrivals are non-refundable. Please call or email us immediately to cancel your reservation. Thank you.

Deposits & Payments
At booking, we require 25% of the full payment, 14 days before arrival and the balance can be paid after the work is done.
We accept credit, debit, and bank transfers. If you don’t pay by the deadline, we’ll cancel your booking and will not be issuing any refunds if any.
Booking within 14 days of arrival requires full payment. Unless mentioned in our cancellation policy, all funds are non-refundable.
